“What are your goals for From Scratch Bakery?”
For me, From Scratch Bakery has never just been about selling cookies. It’s about building a legacy, creating experiences, and showing people what it looks like when passion truly meets purpose.
One of my biggest goals is to eventually take From Scratch Bakery fully mobile with my own custom bakery van. I’ve always loved the idea of pulling up to markets, festivals, neighborhoods, and events with a cozy, welcoming setup that instantly feels like home. I want people to recognize the van before they even taste the cookies — something nostalgic, Southern, warm, and unforgettable.
Going full time with my business is another dream I’m actively working toward. Every late night, every market, every sold-out pop-up is a step closer to creating a life fully centered around my passion. I want From Scratch Bakery to grow into a household name known not only for flavor, but for the experience people receive when they support me.
One thing that makes my brand special is how much heart I put into every season and every event. I love creating festive menus, themed collections, and experiences that make customers feel excited all year long. Whether it’s cozy fall flavors, summer “cookout” vibes, holiday specials, or fun market setups, I want people to feel like they’re a part of something every time they order from me.
I pay attention to the little details — from the names of my cookies, to the packaging, to the atmosphere at my pop-ups — because I truly believe dessert should feel memorable, not basic.
